The claims described on this website are managed by Bank Cartel Claims Europe (BCCE), a legal entity incorporated in Belgium. The company is run by a group of experienced lawyers, economists and financial analysts.

BCCE will also conduct the claims on behalf of the victims of the cartels. The cases will be brought before the Competition Appeal Tribunal in London. BCCE will instruct English solicitors and barristers, and make decisions on the conduct of the claim and on any offers of settlement that the banks may make.

CLAIM ASSESSMENT

We will conduct an initial assessment of the actual value of your damages. We recommend that investors collect trading data relating to their purchases and sales and send them to us for analysis.

LITIGATION MANAGEMENT

We will undertake the litigation-management role for your case. Our main priority is to save your in-house legal team time and money by issuing timely, succinct reports on all relevant developments.

LITIGATION FUNDING

We have arranged non-recourse litigation funding for the cases. A third party litigation funder will finance the legal fees and expenses involved in pursuing the claims on a “no win, no fee” basis, in exchange for what is essentially an equity interest in the claim.
